Soren's 1st day on TWO wheels!

Very exciting day for Soren. He tried riding his new bike (moved to a 16 inch) for the 1st time and we decided to take off the training wheels on this one. He did awesome! Within minutes he went from our house down to the park. t was able to capture some video with my phone and edit this movie-- Soren loves watching it :)

Nathan's Rocket Birthday Party

Soren's friend Nathan had a really cool birthday party. The kids built rockets and then w walked to the park to shoot them off. It was really fun-- Soren had a "blast'!!

Skuut fun!

Soren has become obsessed with Kaia's skuut. He took it to the triathlon today and then came home and continued to use it. He likes to use the slope of our driveway to gain lots of speed. This is a sample of what he was doing, exceptby the time I got the camera he had slowed down a bit (he flipped over the handles once so he decided to be a bit more cautious).

Booster seat!!

We decided to let Soren graduate to a booster seat in one of our cars since he has met the legal requirements to do so for a while now. We got him a pretty cool Paul Frank Monkey seat and he loves it!! But every time he move with the seat belt he thinks the police officer is going to arrest us. He doesn't understand that belts move vs. the 5 point harness he had.

Marty and I went for a quick trip over to Wisconsin Rapids to attend Andrea's dads funeral (the kids stayed back with Ms. CareySue). While we were there we got to hang out with this guy….
